What's your return policy?

Because every piece is handmade to order from your photos, we're unable to accept returns. But you're never left guessing—we share a draft for your approval before we begin, and if your keepsake arrives damaged or unlike what you approved, write us and we'll make it right.

Can I order a keepsake in memory of a pet who has passed?

Yes, and it's an honour to make it. Many of our pieces are created in loving memory—share the photos you have, tell us about them if you'd like, and we'll create something to hold onto.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—we ship to most of the world. Shipping and any duties are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises later.
